I would like to say a thank you to Balloon Headquarters and all those that contribute and share so freely of their ideas, talents and wonderful photographs. The weaving of the Palm Tree you see above and other designs, some original, some learned from others, is a direct result of the influence and encouragement I have received from Balloon HQ through their archives, mailing lists, resources and terrific one on one conversations I have had with many of the contributors. The Lion you see above, I wish I knew who was the original designer of so I can thank them personally. I saw the photo of it which had been taken at T&Jam 99 and posted to the Balloon HQ photo section. It was a big hit at this jungle themed event! And last but not least, thank you Qualatex for all your great products! All the balloons used in the above photos are Qualatex balloons. They are the best balloons I have ever worked with and I recommend them highly. Of this entire display and its creation only 3 balloons popped while I was making it! Amazing!
